The failures nre announced of the Oriental Commercial Bank ; the European Bank (Limited) ; Puff, Caddie and Co., and H. ■Willie, Liverpool ; Gellatby, Hankey and Co., shipowners ; and the Consolidated Bank. Cotton is advancing in price. EPSOM EACES. The Derby won by Lord Lyon, by Slockwell. Second and third also by Sfcockwell. Grladiateur won the Ascot Cup.
